Bradley-Sciocchetti Inc. was contracted to furnish two new 200 HP bent water tube boilers, dual fuel burners and controls. The boilers are located on the eighth (8) floor of the building and limitations presented by the size of the service elevators meant the new boilers had to be built in place. The owner’s engineer selected Unilux bent water tube boilers due to the operating requirements of the facility, the overall size of the units and ease with which they could be built in place. Power Flame low NOx C burners were selected for their dual fuel capability and reduction of NOx emissions. New controls were provided by Bradley-Sciocchetti to monitor the boiler and burner safety functions, and to ensure the units operated at maximum efficiency.
Marple Newtown Admin Building - Gauntlett Center

Part of the administration building renovation involved a new heating system. Bradley-Sciocchetti provided three new Hydrotherm condensing boilers, along with a new boiler master panel, which performed the lead / lag and staging logic for optimum performance as well as communication to the BAS.

BSI furnished three 800 hp gas fired low nox fire tube boilers complete with CMAX burners and Hays Cleveland oxygen analyzers. The customer was so pleased that they recently purchased two more gas/oil burners.
– East Rutherford, NJ
BSI provided, started up, and now services three Three Power Flame Cmax burners and one C burner. The Cmax burners provide heat for normal operations while the smaller single C burner is for summer use.

Our system installed at this site encompassed not only brand new boilers, burners and a new boiler master control panel, but in addition, a complete BMS system and front end were installed. This turnkey building management system allows every aspect of the building's temperature control system to be closely monitored by the operator so s/he can react quickly to any potential problems. This enables the facility to keep their teachers and students as comfortable as possible, which in turn provides an environment more conducive to learning.
