Our Team

Frank serves as a management trustee on the Pension Board for the boiler maker union, is a member of the New Jersey Boiler, Refrigeration and Pressure Vessel Rules Board and has over 45 years of experience in mechanical installation and service for full HVAC systems.

Ron has been Sales Manager of our Boiler/Burner Division since 1996. He earned his degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, and has been with BSI for over 30 years. Ron began his career in the Drafting Department and built Fuel Oil Transfer Pumpsets and Control Panels at the Prospect Park facility. He designed the format and worked in Contract Sales for our Service Division, and has served as Operations Manager.

Tom is a graduate of Drexel University and has over thirty years of experience in environmental building controls, energy management & building automation. Tom served for 9 years as senior sales engineer for Honeywell Commercial Systems Division prior to joining BSI. Tom has designed and sold many of the first major DDC systems to be installed in the Delaware Valley.

Steve graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelors of Science in electrical engineering and joined Bradley Sciocchetti in 1995. He oversees all of Bradley Sciocchetti’s day to day operations as well as being involved in the company’s design and management decisions on an ongoing basis. Steve started at BSI as an applications engineer and has also been involved in project management, estimating, consulting and software design.

Paul is a graduate of The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades and has over twenty-five years of experience in servicing and maintaining controls, burners, boilers, and other HVAC equipment.

Paul Syfrit

Service Administrator
Tom is a graduate of Villanova University and a former Peace Corps Volunteer in central Africa. He has 27 years of experience in the commercial and industrial boiler repair and installation industry and is involved in cost estimating, project management, purchasing, as well as customer service. Tom leads BSI’s repair and installation projects from initiation to execution and closeout and works closely with all our clients.

Thomas Brennan

Estimator and Project Administrator
Nick has been with Bradley-Sciocchetti since 2017, and has supervised all of our field boiler, burner repairs, and installations since 2022. He is a fully certified welder, that is experienced in pipe, and metal fabrication, as well as boiler repair, installation, and alteration. Nick is a graduated apprentice from the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers. Nick also has experience in power generation plants, oil/chemical refineries, and nuclear power plants.
